Postal Pasties Terms & Conditions

Thanks for ordering postal pasties with us!

 

Ordering, Cut-Off Times & Changes

  • All postal pasty orders must be placed before 2pm the day before dispatch.
    This allows us to prepare your order with enough ice packs and correct stock levels.

  • Orders placed after 2pm will automatically be sent on the next available dispatch day.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made before 2pm the day prior to dispatch. After this time, products will already be prepared and cannot be amended or refunded.

Delivery Information

  • We deliver using next-day courier services, however delivery times are not guaranteed due to the nature of courier networks.

  • Scotland Deliveries – Please note that deliveries to Scotland may take an additional day to arrive. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this possibility.
  • Our products are perishable, so it is essential that someone is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt.

  • At checkout or when ordering by phone, customers must provide:

    • A safe place where the parcel may be left, OR

    • Instructions to leave with a neighbour
      If no safe place is provided, the courier may return the parcel to the depot, and we cannot guarantee product quality thereafter.

Missed Deliveries, Delays & Refunds

Because our pasties are fresh, chilled items, they cannot be returned or resent once dispatched.

Please note:

  • We cannot refund or replace orders where:

    • The courier attempted delivery but nobody was home

    • No safe place was provided

    • Delivery was delayed and the customer was unavailable the following day

    • The customer requests a date change after dispatch

If the courier fails to deliver within 48 hours through no fault of the customer, please contact us with photos and order details. We will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please email us on the day of delivery with clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The product

    • The label showing tracking details
      We will review and arrange a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

Product Information

  • All postal pasties are sent part-baked, allowing you to freeze them upon arrival and finish in the oven when needed.

  • Full cooking instructions are included inside the box.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process your order.
Your details are never shared except with the courier fulfilling your delivery.
All data is stored securely and deleted after the legally required period.
